All our minimum prices are based on up to 5 hours. We offer various sized systems for different events, but the two most popular are:

 

System 1 - suitable for up to 120 people. It features a 500 watt* Genuine Bose sound system with a Pioneer mixing desk and CD players. It also features 4 fixed lighting effects with vivid colours and patterns.

Minimum hire charge up to 5 hours - £225 (Base Price)

Each additional hour or part of - £45

*For larger venues you can upgrade the sound system to 1000 watts for an extra £50 per event.

 

System 2 - suitable for up to 250 people. It features a 1000 watt Genuine Bose sound system with a Pioneer mixing desk and CD players. It also features our ‘Mini Club’ lighting rig with 6 effects: 2 fixed and 4 moving heads. With its vivid colours and patterns it is truly impressive!

Minimum hire charge up to 5 hours - £300 (Base Price)

Each additional hour or part of - £60

 

We may offer a discount on our base price for

events being held on Sunday to Thursday - POA.

Excludes The Christmas Period - see our Terms & Conditions.

 

The above costs are for us supplying to a venue within approximately a 20 mile radius of Edinburgh City Centre. All other areas POA. For a guidance see table below.

Our price also includes setting up time for our equipment - we normally arrive 1 hour before the start of your booked hire time to do this. If you would like us to set up earlier, then there may be an additional charge for this - our waiting time.

 

Venues that have a very difficult and restricted access for us incur an extra charge for the additional time and labour involved in the delivery/set-up and collection of our equipment. Any charges being applied are detailed in our quotation.

• Any hire finishing after 2am will be subject to an additional charge of £50 per hour, or part of for each hour after 2am.
• Double rates will be applied to our base price for December 24, 25, 26 & 31 and January 1.

 

To book us: we will require a 20% deposit (payable by cheque) and the outstanding balance payable on the day of your hire in cash. If you want to pay us the outstanding balance by cheque, then we will require your cheque at least 10 days before the date of your hire to allow for it to clear through the banking system.

 

Presently we do not accept debit or credit cards, however you can transfer funds directly in to our bank account - full method of payment details are on our quotations .

Below we have created a table with some popular venues in it. By no means is it extensive, but hopefully it will give you an idea if your chosen venue will be subject to any additional charges for the supply of our services.

 

It would be fair to assume that any venue not in our table but situated between Edinburgh City Centre and another venue in the table which has no travel charges applied, would then also be exempt from them!
